Set the practical details

Confirm the date, location, start time, and any league rules through your own group channel. This site does not provide a schedule, player rankings, or official competition data. Make one host checklist for the actual people attending.

Decide how guests will see the draft order and where they will sit. A table card with each team name can make introductions and turn-taking easier.

Prepare a name station

Offer a few printed example names plus a place to write a custom choice. Ask managers to settle spelling before you enter names into any league software. If the room includes children or coworkers, agree on the naming tone early.

The card maker can print eight names on a sheet. Blank manager and roster lines let the cards remain useful even after names are assigned.

Keep the table moving

Put pens, spare paper, and the draft order within easy reach. Have the host repeat the current manager name before each turn and allow a short pause for questions. A visible order helps people follow the activity without relying on constant announcements.

Provide a quiet place for guests who want a break from the table. The social gathering can still work even if someone is new to fantasy football.

Close with a check

Before everyone leaves, confirm that the team names on the cards match the league display. Collect any paper notes the managers want to keep. Ask before posting photos that show names, faces, or private group details.

Store a local copy of the card SVG if you want to reuse the layout next season, and update all names rather than assuming the old roster still applies.
